- A weekly 45-minute one-on-one PT session
- A weekly nutrition check-in (15 to 30 minutes). You can add this onto your PT session, or I can call you separately if you would prefer
- Weekly check-ins to keep you on track
- A 2 to 3 day training program tailored to your goal, so you know exactly what to do in the gym
