Hi, I'm Lou

I have spent over 12 years as a trainer with a focus on functional fitness. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and a nationally accredited nutritionist. I have trained and assessed other personal trainers, and I compete as a Masters Olympic weightlifter and currently hold 2 Australian records. I don't just teach this, I live it!

My job isn't to make you dependent on me. It's to get you real results and teach you the principles along the way, so you walk away knowing how to keep going on your own to live a long, functional and healthy life.
